Nashville Corporate Event Photography | Music City Food & Wine Festival Day Two
MUSIC CITY FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL — DAY TWO
Day two of the Music City Food and Wine Festival picked up right where day one left off — food tent open, crowds moving through the space, and a lot of happy people with very full plates. If you missed day one you can find that post here.
RICK BAYLESS AT MUSIC CITY FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL
The food tent was back in full swing and the crowd energy was great. There is something about day two of a festival that feels more relaxed — people know what they're getting into, they've done their research, and they're ready to eat. That makes for genuinely happy moments that are easy to photograph because nobody is performing for the camera. They're just having a good time.
One of the highlights of the day was a presentation by chef Rick Bayless, known for his award-winning Chicago restaurants Frontera Grill and Topolobampo and his decades of work celebrating regional Mexican cuisine. Getting clean, well-composed shots during a live presentation is its own challenge — you're working around a crowd, managing stage lighting, and trying to capture both the speaker and the audience reaction without getting in anyone's way. Worth it.
THE CHAMPAGNE SABER MOMENT
The champagne and sparkling wine tasting event brought a different energy — more refined, more intimate. At some point during the tasting a guest sabered a champagne bottle, which is exactly the kind of live event moment you cannot plan for and absolutely cannot miss. That's the whole job in one frame — be ready, stay sharp, get the shot.
FOOD, BRANDING, AND CROWD COVERAGE
The rest of the day stayed true to what Nashville corporate event photography is really about — beautiful food, happy crowds, and branding woven naturally into every frame. Marketing shots at a live event are never guaranteed. The light shifts, people move, backgrounds change. But when everything lines up, you get images that make the event look exactly like what it was: something worth being at.
I was still very pregnant and very sober. Day two was just as good as day one.
