Shelby Bottoms Couple Session - Megan & Chris

Meet the extremely adorable Megan & Chris! Just because you are already married doesn't mean that you don't need photos together. Megan & Chris' wedding was close to 2 years ago but they wanted to have some Christmas card photographs taken. They chose one of their favorite locations, Shelby Bottoms in East Nashville, for their session. Chicago Area Family Session - Aggie & Emmie

These two are the daughters of one of my dearest friends. We met while I was in high school when a friend of a friend recommended me to play drums for her and her husband's band. We played together for 4 years and have a lot of crazy stories to tell. We have the kind of friendship that no matter how long we are apart we start right back up where we left off. I miss her.

Last week I drove home from Nashville to the Chicago suburbs to visit my family and while I was there I had the opportunity to photograph her little girls. Sisters are seriously my favorite and these two have my heart. The last two photos are "outtake" images that made me cry-laugh while working a coffee shop! Percy Warner Summer Engagement Session - Sarah & Mitchell

Sarah and Mitchell met through mutual friends while on vacation. Sarah was on a girls trip with some of her friends and Mitchell was on a guys trip. One night, the girls met up with the guys and after hanging out with Sarah for a bit, Mitchell was smitten. He pursued Sarah from a distance for a year before he moved to Nashville and a few weeks ago he proposed! 

Last week we went to Percy Warner Park in Nashville to photograph their engagement session. Despite it being a humid and hot July day, they were both troopers! I can't wait to photograph your wedding next year, guys!
