Surprise Extended Family Session
While in town for a wedding, adult children surprise their mother with a family session. Photographed outside of Nashville in Brentwood, TN.
Last Friday I had the pleasure of photographing a surprise extended family session in Brentwood. Anna contacted several weeks ago me about booking a session for their mother. Her children all live in different states and they were all going to be in town for a wedding and they thought it would be great to surprise her with a session. We met at a park and these are some of my favorites! Please enjoy this surprise extended family session.
Autumn 1 Year Old Session - Harper
One year old autumn baby session for one of my wedding couples! I photographed their engagement session in the same location!
This was the last session in Harper's Baby First Year Package! I was so blessed to photography this little girl's parent's wedding and then I've gotten to work with Harper several times since she was born! This sweet little girl is SMART. You could see her processing everything around her and she was going to make us work for those smiles. Belle Meade Plantation 1 Year Old Session - Charlie

This blog should be called the many funny and adorable faces of Charlie. So many expressions from this child (that I think he gets from his mom) and as you know, I love funny kid faces. I know both of Charlie's parents from working with them in the wedding and event industry so when they asked me to photograph this cute little guy's 1 year portraits, I couldn't wait. Franklin Toddler Family Session
A family session in honor of a toddler's 2 year old birthday photographed in Franklin, TN.
This funny little wiggle worm turned two a few days ago and in honor of her birthday we did a family session at Grandma's house in Franklin. She has the just the sweetest personality and found it hilarious when I said yucky or icky. She's such a little goofball and is so much fun to photograph. Sneak Peek Franklin Frenchie Family Session - Tia & Michael

Meet Reggie the French Bulldog and his mom and dad, Tia and Michael. I photographed Tia and Michael's wedding in Nashville 3 years ago and when Michael contacted me about buying a family session for Tia for Christmas, I was excited! Tia had been pleading with Michael to do a session with me and she had no idea that Michael and I were already talking. Michael was concerned that Tia was going to get frustrated and contact me herself to book and I was under strict orders to tell her that I wasn't taking any more clients. Christmas came and Tia was so surprised! This past Sunday we photographed their family of three session. Here is their sneak peek from their session in Franklin!
Sneak Peek 70th Birthday Celebration Session - Bowers Family

Man, I love this family and because of this, when Sasha contacted me to see if I would photograph a family session for them in honor of her father-in-law's 70th birthday, I instantly said yes. I photographed Sasha and Darian's wedding almost exactly a year ago and I couldn't wait to see everyone again. Here's a little sneak peek of the Bowers' family session in honor of Mr. Bowers' birthday....although I'm pretty sure the youngest Bowers stole the show. 70 looks really good on you Mr. Bowers!
