Nashville Corporate Event Photography | Grand Ole Opry Dinner Event

Nashville corporate event photography from a Grand Ole Opry dinner event featuring a Nashville-inspired setup with café lights, custom decor, and detailed event design.

Grand Ole Opry stage transformed for Nashville corporate dinner with café lights and hay bales

This Nashville corporate event photography coverage was from a dinner held on the stage at the Grand Ole Opry, where the space and backstage were transformed into a Nashville-inspired outdoor setting, complete with fencing, café lights, hay bales, and a truck installation, with the truck bed serving as the drink station.

Dinners like this are about paying attention to how everything comes together—lighting, layout, and detail—so that the images reflect the environment as it was experienced. Working in a space like the Opry means balancing existing light with event design while keeping compositions clean and consistent throughout the room.

This is the kind of event where the design and setup convey the story, and photographing it well comes down to knowing where to position yourself, how to work with the available light, and capturing the details that make the space feel authentic.

If you’re planning a corporate dinner or event in Nashville and need photography that accurately represents the space and setup, you can see more of my work here: Nashville Corporate Event Photography.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography | No Kid Hungry Dinner at Bankers Alley Hotel

As a Nashville corporate event photographer, I had the honor of documenting the No Kid Hungry fundraising dinner at what is now the Bankers Alley Hotel. From the chefs preparing a four-course meal to guests enjoying

No Kid Hungry branded lunch box displayed at fundraising dinner in Nashville

Being a Nashville corporate event photographer sometimes leads me to amazing organizations like No Kid Hungry, which works to end childhood hunger in America by connecting kids with nutritious meals and supporting local communities. I had the honor several years ago to photograph the No Kid Hungry Dinner at what is now the Bankers Alley Hotel.

The evening featured guests chefs preparing a four-course dinner for attendees, hosted by Chef Levon Wallace at the time. The night concluded with an auction, bringing together supporters to raise awareness and funding for this important cause. Photographing the event meant capturing the energy of the room, the beautifully plated dishes, and the interactions between guests as they enjoyed the experience.

Because the dinner included multiple tables and courses, I focused on framing each shot to tell the story of the evening—from the detail of the food to the laughter and engagement of attendees. The goal was to create images that would showcase the impact of the event while remaining visually compelling and authentic.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography - Awards Ceremony County Music Hall of Fame Rotunda

Photographs from an awards ceremony dinner following a conference in Nashville in the Rotunda at Country Music Hall of Fame.

award recipient being congratulated at award show at country music hall of fame

Award ceremonies are something I photograph often as part of Nashville corporate event photography, especially for conferences that wrap with a dinner or recognition program. They move quickly, people are coming from all directions, and you don’t always know where the next recipient is seated, so you have to be paying attention at all times to stay ahead of it.

I was hired to photograph an awards ceremony and dinner in the Rotunda at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. It’s a beautiful space, but it’s also known for being dark with some challenging lighting. I’ve worked at the venue for years and know how each space behaves, so I’m able to adjust quickly and stay focused on what’s happening without missing anything.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography | Face the Fight at The Grand Ole Opry

Photographs from a dinner that I photographed for Face the Fight at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN.

outside of Grand Ole Opry for Face the Fight Night

While they were in Nashville this past summer, I had the honor of working over a two day period with the Face The Fight organization. Being a Nashville corporate event photographer often introduces me to different philanthropic and non profit organizations and Face the Fight is definitely a very needed entity. Face the Fight “is a life-saving initiative uniting more than 250 cross-sector partners to dramatically reduce veteran suicide by 2032.” After a few days of photographing networking and leadership events, my final night with them I photographed their Face the Fight Night at the Opry. This night provided a dinner for veterans and participating corporations and companies giving vets an opportunity to connect with the services that are available to them. After the dinner, the guests joined the general public for The Grand Ole Opry performance.

As a Nashville corporate event photographer I enjoy working with philanthropic and non profit organizations. With their event, creative, and marketing teams image goals in mind, I really love capturing brand visuals and promotional images in a live event setting. Knowing that I am helping to portray the work that they are doing to investors, stakeholders, and volunteers gives me even more motivation to excel at my job. If you would like to see more of my corporate event photography and my work in Nashville with the philanthropic and non profit sector please visit my Nashville Corporate Event Photography page.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography | Face the Fight Board Meeting at the Thompson

Photographs from a board meeting with Face the Fight, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing veteran suicide and supporting mental health. Images from the session at the Thompson Hotel in Nashville were captured to show the board in action and give a sense of the organization at work.

Candid moment of laughter between Face the Fight board members at the Thompson Hotel, Nashville

I recently photographed the Face the Fight board meeting at the Thompson Hotel in Nashville, capturing discussions, reactions, and interactions, providing meaningful moments to photograph. The board session brought together leadership and key stakeholders to review initiatives, plan upcoming programs, and discuss strategy. Board members collaborated closely, reviewing documents and sharing insights that guided the organization’s next steps.

The meeting included moments of reflection, discussion, and decision-making, all documented in a way that emphasizes the human connections behind Face the Fight’s important work. Board meeting photography is different from most events: the room is quieter, and you need to capture dynamic images without being in the way. You have to be patient, observe, and wait for key moments, taking enough images to ensure everyone looks their best. Finding the right gestures, expressions, or backgrounds is essential so the photos convey what is being discussed even without hearing it. My approach focuses on capturing these interactions naturally, ensuring the collaborative atmosphere and engagement of the board are reflected in every image. From focused attention to shared laughter, the photos convey professionalism while showing the leadership and teamwork that support the organization’s mission. These images are not only valuable for documenting the meeting but also serve as assets for internal communications, fundraising updates, and external storytelling about the organization’s impact.

Working with organizations like Face the Fight, I provide professional Nashville corporate event photography that documents discussions, reactions, and interactions clearly and naturally. This session at the Thompson Hotel allowed me to capture the board’s work in a professional, focused environment. For planners, board members, and nonprofits looking to showcase their events, you can see more examples of my work on my Nashville Corporate Event Photography page.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography at Harriet’s Rooftop | Convention Offsite Party

A convention offsite party at Harriet’s Rooftop in Nashville, photographed with a focus on atmosphere, food, and setting. Corporate event photography for meetings and conferences.

Conference offsite event photography at Harriet’s Rooftop in Nashville

Nashville Corporate Event Photography at Harriet’s Rooftop | Convention Offsite Party

Convention offsite events are often where the tone of a conference really comes together. This offsite party at Harriet’s Rooftop in Nashville was designed around great food, thoughtful layout, and an easy rooftop flow that felt relaxed while still elevated.

When I photograph corporate events tied to meetings and conventions, I’m always paying attention to how a space is used and how the evening is meant to feel—but also how the images will live afterward. This gallery focuses on the setting, the food, and the overall atmosphere, creating images that can be used for marketing, recaps, and future event planning.

Harriet’s Rooftop works well for this kind of event. The layout allows for movement without feeling busy, and the rooftop setting gives the evening a clear sense of place. I photographed the space as it functioned throughout the event, letting the environment support the experience rather than define it.

Food played a central role in the evening, with multiple stations throughout the rooftop, including a sushi station and a stir fry station. These stations helped shape the rhythm of the event and became visual anchors within the space. I photographed these elements with an eye toward how they fit into the overall flow rather than isolating them as standalone details.

From the rooftop, the Nashville skyline sat quietly in the background. It provided context without demanding attention, grounding the event in its location while allowing the design and atmosphere to remain the focus.

When photographing corporate events, I keep in mind how the images may be used later. I focus on consistency and flexibility, creating a gallery that works across different formats while still reflecting the tone of the event.

I regularly photograph corporate events, meetings, and conference offsite parties in Nashville, working with planners, brands, and organizations who need images that feel thoughtful, usable, and true to the experience.

If you’re planning an event and want photography that reflects both the atmosphere of the evening and the needs that follow it, I’d be glad to connect.

Abe & Ruth’s B’nai Mitzvah | The Temple & Four Seasons Nashville

Twins Abe and Ruth celebrated their b’nai mitzvah with a heartfelt service at The Temple in Nashville, followed by an unforgettable party at the Four Seasons Hotel. From the Torah readings to the hora, every moment was filled with meaning, tradition, and joy — a perfect reflection of their journey and their family’s story.

Twin b’nai mitzvahs lighting candles during ceremony at Four Seasons Nashville

Twins Abe and Ruth celebrated their b’nai mitzvah with a meaningful service at The Temple in Nashville, followed by an unforgettable party at the Four Seasons.

With tallits draped across their shoulders and Torah scrolls in hand, each took their turn reading their portion of the Torah, marking their official step into Jewish adulthood. From the Torah procession to heartfelt hugs from parents and grandparents, the ceremony was filled with emotion. One of the most memorable moments came during the lively candy toss — guests laughing and ducking as sweets rained down, adding playful energy to an otherwise deeply meaningful ritual.

Following the service, the celebration continued at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, where more than 300 guests were welcomed into a ballroom transformed into a colorful, energetic party space. The décor was inspired by all the places Abe and Ruth have lived — with a custom interstate road sign guiding guests into the ballroom, themed props like a lifeguard chair and Statue of Liberty, and even a neon cowboy nodding to their Nashville home.

The twins made their grand entrance in style — each lifted onto the shoulders of hype dancers as the crowd cheered. The ballroom buzzed with energy as friends filled the dance floor, the hora raised both twins high into the air, and LED screens lit up with animated signage and a montage of memories.

The candle lighting ceremony brought the family together again as Abe and Ruth honored loved ones with glowing candles, their parents looking on proudly. From there, the night kept the energy high — with custom Nikes on their feet, the twins danced, laughed, and celebrated surrounded by all their favorite people.

Every detail was intentional — from the donut wall playfully labeled “Abe & Ruth / Babe Ruth,” to a candy bar that wowed the kids, to balloon installations in bold primary colors. The celebration perfectly captured who they are: vibrant, playful, and deeply connected to family.

It was an honor to photograph Abe and Ruth’s milestone — from their readings at The Temple to their unforgettable celebration at the Four Seasons.

If you’re planning a bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, or b’nai mitzvah in Nashville, I’d love to document your family’s story.

Nashville Bar Mitzvah and Event Photography | Simon’s Celebration at The Temple and The Bridge Building

Simon’s Bar Mitzvah was a Nashville celebration filled with family, tradition, and unforgettable details. The service at The Temple and the black-tie reception at The Bridge Building highlighted everything we love about Nashville Bar Mitzvah photography—meaningful moments, skyline views, and music-inspired details. From portraits downtown to rooftop dancing, this event shows why Nashville is such a perfect city for Bar Mitzvahs and event photography.

Black and white family portrait of Simon with his parents and two brothers in black-tie attire

Simon’s Bar Mitzvah at The Temple & The Bridge Building in Nashville

Simon’s Bar Mitzvah brought together family, tradition, and a lively celebration in two of Nashville’s most meaningful locations.

The day began at The Temple, where Simon read from the Torah with the support of his parents, brothers, and extended family. The rabbi and cantor led the service, and a string ensemble added music to the ceremony, a thoughtful nod to Simon’s own passion for music. Moments like his parents’ blessings, his little brother’s participation, and hugs on the bimah made the service especially personal.

Afterward, guests moved downtown to The Bridge Building for a black-tie celebration overlooking the Nashville skyline and the Cumberland River. During cocktails, guests enjoyed candied bacon appetizers from Infinity Hospitality and gathered around the 360-degree art deco-inspired bar, lit by gold chandeliers. Sheet music placed under the floral centerpieces carried through the music theme from the service.

Dinner was served on the lower level, and at one point the General Jackson riverboat floated by, prompting cheers and waves from the crowd. Later, the party moved to the rooftop tent, where guests danced with the city lights in the background. The energy hit its peak during the horah as Simon, his parents, brothers, and even his grandmother were lifted in chairs. A special highlight was the message “Simon Turns 13” projected onto the Cumberland Bridge—a one-of-a-kind moment for Simon and his family.

From the meaningful service at The Temple to the skyline views at The Bridge Building, Simon’s Bar Mitzvah was a Nashville celebration that perfectly reflected who he is: a young man rooted in tradition and inspired by music.

Nashville Corporate Event Photography | Recap of Music City Food & Wine 2017

Erin was one of the official photographers for 2017 Music City Food and Wine in Nashville, TN. Pictured above. Celebrity Chef, Hugh Acheson. Select event photography images from the festival.

Music_City_Food_Wine_2017

This past weekend I was lucky enough to be hired to be on the photography team for Nashville's  Music City Food and Wine. I got to work with an amazing team of people while photographing (and eating) delicious food. It is always nice to step out of my wedding photography "comfort" zone and be challenged by shooting something different like marketing photos. We photographed over three days and my iWatch (I'm so cool) said that I walked anywhere between 7-9 miles each day. Basically I got to eat carb filled food while avoiding the gym so.... it was pretty awesome. Below are a few of my favorites.

I so enjoyed getting to know all the women that I haven't worked with before and loved seeing all the women that I photograph for in Nashville's wedding industry. Above are some of my favorites! HUGE thanks to Mallory Liebman for doing makeup on more than half of these! Special thanks to The Reserve and Noah Liff Opera Center for letting us use their spaces and their beautiful natural light (complete with air conditioning).
