CBIZ NASHVILLE SUMMIT CLOSING PARTY AT COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME
CBIZ closed out their Nashville Summit at Country Music Hall of Fame, using the Rotunda and the Conservatory for the party and giving attendees a private tour of the museum. As the Nashville corporate event photographer covering the summit from start to finish, this is usually the stop that matters most to shoot well — closing parties tend to be the grandest event of the week, and the photos from it are what a marketing team leans on to sell the whole summit, not just the night itself.
THE ROTUNDA, THE CONSERVATORY, AND A PRIVATE MUSEUM TOUR
CBIZ used the Rotunda — the most iconic space at Country Music Hall of Fame — along with the Conservatory for the party, and attendees got a private after-hours tour of the museum. That kind of access gave the night a different feel than a standard closing party, and gave me more to work with than a single room full of people.
A CUSTOM CIGAR ROLLER
CBIZ brought in a cigar roller to hand-make cigars on site — an experiential element that was a big hit with attendees. I photographed close-ups on the hands and the process alongside wides of the whole station, the combination that puts the viewer in the room.
WHY THIS KIND OF PHOTOGRAPHY MATTERS
A closing party like this is the last impression of the whole summit, and it's often the most photogenic stop of the week. A marketing department needs that captured well — not just as a record of the night, but as proof of the caliber of experience the company delivered, useful in a recap, a deck, or the case for booking Country Music Hall of Fame again next year.
